Notes:A 2-page letter, in French, posted in France, reached "UMMO-sciences" in 2011 by private email (scans of originals), but permission for distribution by the addressee was not given until August 2013. UMMO-sciences has a copy of the original but reserves its publication for the time being, in order to identify in the future whether possible authors of documents are the same authors as this letter).

Dear Mr XXXXXXXXXX

I apologize for the long absence of communication due to the disruption caused by the letter sent from Canada usurping my identity. The sending of false missives has always been a hindrance to the continuation of our exchanges with your brothers in OYAGAA and provokes passionate debates among you based on fanciful indications that are sometimes unworthy or slanderous. The new head of our detachment on OYAGAA, who arrived on your planet on September 18, 2004, has not authorized us to resume our exchanges with you for the time being. As I have to leave for UMMO, I'm sending my brothers in France the letters we wrote several months ago.

ERRATUM

There is a conversion error in your metric system of distance units within the content of the informative report giving geographical and demographic indications concerning our UMMO. I apologize for this clumsiness, which stems from a wrong transposition on my part from our duodecimal numbering system to the decimal system.

You must rectify the incorrectly indicated value of 2100 x 1400 kilometers by the value 2100.123 x 1400.123 meters. This value corresponds to the approximate rounding of the exact value of 420 x 276 KOAEE, or approximately 3660 x 2400 x 106 square meters. Your brothers have rightly pointed out this error by cross-referencing the information provided with the evaluable value of the surface area of our AOUWOA SAAOA sea, provided in the correspondence previously sent by my brothers. This area is approximately 3640 KOAEE - 276000 x 106 m2.

Other indications involving measurements in km2 (106 m2) are correct.

MORE ABOUT OUR DEMOGRAPHICS:

I'd like to complete my answer to your question about our demographics. I initially omitted to mention information concerning the stillbirth rate, as this term appears ambiguous in its definition in your various literatures. Due to the lack of data available in our information cubes on Earth, I am unable to provide you with the number of fetuses that die before and after the 22nd and 28th weeks of amenorrhea, or according to their mass at the time of termination of pregnancy. A translation would also be necessary to establish equivalence between the comparative development of a fetus on UMMO and on Earth, although to a first approximation they could be confused. However, it turns out that information on the fetal mortality rate is essential to the correct interpretation of my previous report.

Unlike you, our demographics take into account the fetal population in utero. I must therefore point out that the overall mortality rate - the indicated annual rate of 13.7 ‰ - includes as a component the very high rate of intra-uterine fetal mortality. Post-neonatal mortality is also a significant component. Almost all of this is due to neurocranial maladaptation caused by early craniosynostosis during the secondary altricial phase. The resulting cerebral compression, edema, ischemic accidents and cortical necrosis lead to high mortality during the first ten XEE, with a marked predominance in young males - 79.1% of cases. This mortality, currently under control, would be much higher if we didn't apply drastic orthocranial measures that enable us to maintain the total number of our youngsters at around 59.32 million individuals in each age bracket from twelve XEE onwards (around two years and six months). This number would have risen to 59.84 million without this cause of mortality. The long period of fontanel ossification in your infants is a great opportunity for your future development.

Please consider the following ideal demographic figures:

7.465 million conceptions are currently authorized and observed on average every XEE. Conception is confirmed by the home computer when the egg implantation phase in the uterine mucosa is finalized at the end of 4000 OUIW - 6.7 days UMMO, 8.6 days terrestrial. The pregnancy is then announced to the couple and officially recorded in our demographic statistics, but not yet by name. The pregnancy continues for 3.6 XEE. The fetal stage is reached on UMMO 0.6 XEE after conception - 36 UMMO days, 46 Earth days. The sex of the unborn child is revealed to the parents. Its identity and parentage are then officially recorded in the data cubes that register our population by name.

On average, 4.987 million infants are born every XEE, which implies an overall in utero mortality rate of 33.2%. Childbirth, which is less painful for us than for Earth women, is induced on the 216th day UMMO (278th Earth day) if delivery is not previously spontaneous. The infant's mass at birth generally exceeds 4 kilograms.

4.943 million of these infants survive beyond 10 XEE, a stage beyond which accidental mortality is virtually nil.

APPENDIX: DETAILS ON TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATION AND SPACE TRAVEL

The mention of a delay in reception during a telepathic exchange between individuals located on two separate cold stars seems suspicious. The indication given of the cause of this delay - interference due to the presence of imaginary matter in OUWAAM - should not lead you to conclude that this imaginary matter is interfering with the telepathic flow to distort or slow it down. You must understand that two distant points in the WAAM are subject to the incessant undulations of the space-time fabric induced by imaginary matter located in contiguous WAAMs - principally OUWAAM - and that they can only be found fortuitously on the same temporal ordinate. As they are separated by three-dimensional distances, they are separated by a temporal distance. It is therefore illusory to speak of instantaneity between the now MT on Earth and the now M0 on UMMO.

Imaginatively, if we had a coherent link connecting the Earth to UMMO, like a bundle of waves, and assuming that information could transit through this link without linear speed limitation (dx/dt = ∞), the routing of this information in the three-dimensional frame would necessarily follow a path homotopic to the direct isochrone of the associated space-time frame. This isochrone, always shorter than the apparent three-dimensional distance (see note 1), will then be confused with the isodynamic line connecting the minimal entropic potentials along the actual path. In this fictitious case, the transmission of information would take a non-zero translation time exactly equal, in negative value, to the time shift between the respective ordinates of sender and receiver when the signal is transmitted. In this fictitious case, this would mean receiving the information before it has been transmitted.

In the real physical setting, information propagates along the minimal space-time undulation between Earth and UMMO at a speed dependent on the entropy flux, which is globally constant for the whole of WAAM. Without the influence of the imaginary matter of contiguous WAAMs, the path followed would depend entirely on the topology of the WAAM, and the time shift would then be due solely to the local curvature along this path. However, the propagation of information is also subject to the vagaries of WAAM undulations, which induce an additional time lag - positive or negative - between the transmission and reception of information. Thus, based on the isodynamic conditions we know to a fair degree of accuracy, we have been able to estimate an additional temporal deviation, maximized at three minutes, between the temporal ordinates of our two planets at the moment of our people's entry into the fourth age of UMMO. Unlike the shift due to WAAM's spatial curvature, which we know how to calculate precisely, this additional shift can only be estimated, not measured exactly.

In the case of a telepathic message between two OEMMII located at a very great distance from each other (cf. note 2), the telepathic link can be likened to a communication using the WAAM BOUAWEII BIAEII as a coherent link, within which the transit time of the information is zero. However, no time lag is perceived during telepathic communication, which appears instantaneous to both speakers: the WAAM BOUAWEII BIAEII, freed from any notion of time, ensures only the sequential routing of information. However, in absolute terms, there is a delay in the perception of the information by the passive speaker - the receiver - so that this apparent synchronism can be ensured without violating the principles of causality on which the WAAM-WAAM is based. Thus, from the point of view of a virtual observer external to WAAM with its own temporal frame of reference, the dialogue could appear to be closed for the speaker who has initiated the communication while his correspondent has not yet started the dialogue. I realize it's difficult for you to accept such a phenomenology. However, please don't see it as an exact reflection of a reality that escapes us, but as an explanation in line with our own theories.

Note 1: You yourselves are observing, but cannot yet explain, the ordinal shift between the respective positions of your planet Earth and distant space probes. There is no slowing of their trajectory, nor any real variation in the speed of the waves
emitted by these probes on their way to Earth. This is caused by the time lag of distant objects due to the hyperbolic topology of WAAM alone. The "now" of these distant objects is more than a second ahead of your own. Measurement of the probes' velocity, based on analysis of the signals received, seems to indicate a slowing of motion and a position of the probes closer than theoretical predictions based on motion subject only to the laws of Newtonian mechanics in Euclidean space. The three-dimensional path travelled by the signal is strictly equal to the path predicted by your classical theory, at the expected signal speed, but with a time lag dependent on the local - negative - curvature of space-time which reduces the real distances between distant objects. You can already estimate this curvature locally using data from your distant Pioneer probes, which show a time shift of 1.23 ± 0.20 seconds along a path equivalent to 1013 meters. The space-time path actually travelled by the signal is in fact the direct isochronous hyperbolic segment underlying the three-dimensional path, and is systematically shorter in length than the apparent three-dimensional path.

Note 2: Telepathic communication is unfeasible between two OEMMII located in two distinct WAAMs with different time frames, as they become temporally unlocalizable in relation to each other. It remains possible between two OEMMII traveling together in the same WAAM. When we travel within our spacecraft in another dimensional frame, telepathic connection with UMMO remains possible if we don't change our temporal reference frame, the angular modification of the sub-particles - OAWOOLEIIDAA - then taking place axially to the time dimension by an equivalent transformation of the orientation of the three spatial components and three components associated with mass.

To answer your questions explicitly, we do not alter the time reference frame of our ships to travel according to the isodynamic conditions specific to and measured for this WAAM. We sometimes temporarily project ourselves into OUWAAM, inverting all the dimensional angles of the sub-particles by rotating them by n radians. We travel locally to limit the duration of our journeys when the isodynamic conditions of the WAAM are unfavorable. All links with UMMO are then severed. In other WAAMs, where we can project ourselves axially by inversion of six angles to another fixed dimension, we simply list the various mass concentrations accessible to our recorders and try to pick up signals emitted by other forms of intelligence. We can access it bodily to contemplate the immeasurable beauty of WOA's creation, but more often than not we send automatic exploration vehicles.
