Notes : Third of the three letters of E IXOO 7, written in French, and received in France by a recipient who wishes to remain anonymous (as provided in the call to other documents), and to whom we have given the pseudonym "Pierre Martain". The respect of his anonymity imposed the deletion of a few words which have no impact on the information contained in this document. Only AJH knows his true identity and vouches for his character (he is out of the question that "Peter Martain" has written these letters).
This letter NR15 contains two pages, the second of which is an annex. At the express request (as listed in the appendix) of the person signing the letter (E IXOO 7), this appendix remains confidential and will not be distributed without permission Ooman whose origin is not in doubt.
The absence of certain elements of validation "traditional" we cannot totally exclude the hypothesis of a letter, apocryphal. Consider for the moment in "quarantine" pending the result of the events.
I am E IXOO 7 from the planet OUMMO. I allow myself to write you again. This letter will be my last.
I would like to amend one sentence of my last stream of information that was intended. My sister in Brussels made me realize a mistake committed by me employing wrong about the words "we confess, however, react with a certain aversion when we refer to your race on OUMMO". I beg you to excuse me this sentence unfortunate that would suggest that we don't appreciate the individuals of OYAGAA and that we feel towards them any repulsion physiological. I plead with you to believe that it is not so. The the reference was to your social network taken in its entirety, and not in your nature to OEMMII. It did not include also your artistic culture, in particular musical and architectural, (...). A whole building is dedicated to the culture of your planet in our colony of OUDIOWEE where I reside. I confess to you go through it with a sense of wonder mixed with amazement the museums of your capital such as the Louvre, the Natural History Museum or the museums dedicated to the sculptors Antoine Bourdelle and Auguste Rodin which were the subject of my last visits.

Three of our naves arrived on Earth on 9 and 10 may 2003 in three distinct points of your planet. The contact with the ground took place near the following locations
- Humboldt, lowa, United States;
- Glenbrook, New South Wales, Australia;
- Atlixco, Puebla, Mexico.
Nine of our brothers are and come to join the small group of shippers that currently resides on this planet. Their main mission will be the study of the geological phenomena, the prediction of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. This was also my first mission on OYAGAA and I was chosen by the scientific council of OUMMO for my work in INNOYAGOOU (geology stratigraphic) and my theoretical contributions aiming to improve the predictive model of the eruptions of our volcano OUDIO OEY which ejects regularly to the columns of incandescent gas, at heights sometimes exceeding 2000 metres.
We monitor consistently the craters of Etna and Panarea in Italy, of the Colima and Popocatepetl in Mexico, the Bezimianny and Chikurachki in Kamchatka, the Guagua Pichincha and Tungurahua in Ecuador, the Kilauea in Hawaii, the Nyamuragira in the Congo, the Pago in New Guinea and the Piton de la Fournaise on Reunion island. We are trying to regulate the phases eruptive of these volcanoes and to put in place mechanisms to restrain crustales at the level of geological faults. Since 1972, a system of compensation tectonics has been gradually implemented with success along the fault and the pacific of San Andreas in order to reduce the effects of the seismic activity in this region. An imminent explosion of mount Etna was also avoided by us in 1967 by creating a cavity in the artificial in the rock which allowed him to evacuate the excess pressure. This cavity, by collapsing, was at the origin of a new mouth of the volcano. Your brothers Tazieff and Tonani had been warned of this phenomenon by mail in April 1967. I myself have explored mount Etna, Panarea and Stromboli in November and December 2002 in order to place measuring instruments in the underground. We monitor more intensively the Popocatepetl, whose activity disturbing threat to populations of the large cities of Puebla and Mexico D. F. We are not the only ones doing it.

APPENDIX:INFORMATION ABOUT OUR ANATOMY
The average sizes of women and men of OUMMO respectively, 195,0, and 208,2 cm. The standard deviation around these average values is 4.5 cm for women and 4.8 cm for men. The expeditionary posted on OYAGAA are in principle selected among the men of size less than a ENMOO (about 187,4 cm) and women of a smaller size than 179,4 cm. Given the low number of OEMMII which has both an organ sound functional and appropriate size however, it is difficult to satisfy these criteria. Thus, AYIOA I son of ADAA 67, which I depend, more than two meters, other reasons prevailed for his participation in this expedition. It can be difficult to blend with the inhabitants of the countries of the south of Europe, but this poses fewer problems in the regions to the north where his build is not outstanding.
Our corpulence exceeds slightly the yours with a mean body mass index ranging between 25 and 30. This is due to the existence among us of an important layer of fat under the skin. Our dermis is also traversed by canals and richly innervated able to get in turgor under the conditions of temperature by filling an oily substance called IGGIYAEMOY. This mechanism allows us to protect ourselves from extreme temperatures that may prevail at certain times on OUMMO. It is like a reflex, like the thrill or the effect of chicken meat in you, by compressing the blood vessels to restrict the flow under the skin and thus prevent the dissipation of body heat. When the temperature is higher, this oily substance flows back into pockets to subepidermal located at the level of the abdomen and hips. Our epidermis presents, at the level of these pockets, a yellow orange revealing that is peculiar to our race of OUMMO. We sweat like you, although in a lesser extent, the salt water mixed with impurities, but our pores exude also constantly of tiny drops This mechanism is a triple feature. It plays a role of lubricant for the epidermis, thermal regulator and issuer phérormonal. This oil gives off a subtle fragrance, specific to each individual. We can find it pleasant or not the smell an individual's personal, the feeling is different for everyone. Depending on the case, it may cause reactions of irritability or sexual arousal beyond a certain concentration. The issuance of IGGIYAEMOY is more intense during the ovulation period of our YIEE, after an intense physical effort, under the effect of the pain, or fear, or when the external temperature exceeds 16°C.
A steam bath daily is necessary to disperse excess IGGIYAEMOY that we exsudons each day in the thermal comfort of our homes. This is necessary to avoid of cause in a community, aggressive reactions, or sensual by cause of a too high concentration phérormonale epidermal. We may abstain from the bath during a maximum of 1200 OUW (60 earthly hours approximately), because a concentration phérormonale minimum is necessary to achieve an excitation correct when we desire to practice the sexual act between spouses. We have the protective mechanism of reflex causing the flow of IGGIYAEMOY in our channels dermal, necessary to our survival in conditions of intense cold, opening on the outside of the transparent roof of our bedroom one night on two.
Thus, we can withstand, without protective clothing and without muscular activity, temperatures can be lowered up to 2°C if sheltered from the wind and rain. The indoor temperature of our homes is generally regulated between 8°C and 14°C. We bear the heat up to about 28°C, but can not effectively remove the excess of internal temperature only over a limited time and only if we leave exposed to the open air a large part of our epidermis, which is impossible for us on your planet. Our skin takes on an appearance slightly tanned, as if we were covered in sun oil. This excess of exudation inevitably results in a release phérormonal excessive that excites your pets, especially dogs, and flying insects. We are reducing our activity on OYAGAA during the summer months where we have operations or contacts scientific analysis inside a local properly air-conditioned.
You are probably wondering why I reveal to you free of charge, information on our anatomy that could allow us to identify it easily. Please be aware that I order from my superior, and our board of OUMMO to do so. In the first place, this information is already available in the secret service of your governments, which hold two of our compatriots died on this planet and refuse to return their bodies in spite of our petitions official. In the second place, this information is detrimental in the case where the parties indicative of our anatomy are exposed, which cannot be done only by a voluntary action on our part. We have the means to hide these anatomical peculiarities by use of an appropriate makeup.
