[NR21] The anthropoid animals of Oummo

🇫🇷 🇪🇸
Received 13/03/2009

Recipient : Jean-François Dupouy

Mr. Jean-François Dupouy

In response to your question of January 3, 2009, please find below, the information sent to you by our sister NABGAA 112 daughter of DORIO 34 at the time of his departure, here are more than four years.

I would like to partially answer the question that you have formulated on July 8, 2003 on the compilation of e-mail messages that you exchange publicly between you about our civilisation OUMMO. We note with some dismay that our texts are, for you, and your brethren, a source of speculation, based sometimes on details trivial, and often a lack of precision in our formulations.

We have, in the past, informed your brother that your artistic development is exceptional, especially in the field of music. You need to understand by this assertion that we have not met, in our travels, of advanced civilization that has developed this art to the level of perfection reached by your great artists, classical or contemporary. Similarly, the art of painting or sculpture is more accomplished on your planet than on OYAOUMMO. These statements do not mean that disciplines such as music, sculpture and painting are unknown on OUMMO, although in this last area we dare not claim to be a form of pictorial expression that you would call artistic. Our music is based on sound crystal-clear, and the percussion xylophoniques and not on a flow's melodic acoustic frequencies standardized. Our hearing is accustomed to these sounds that we consider pleasant, and which result in an increase of our serenity, and elevation of our emotional state generally. Our architecture is hardly comparable to yours on a aesthetic level because of the monumental constructions follow totally different on our two worlds. We bannissons, in particular, all the angular shapes of our buildings in their preferring systematically the harmony of the curves. However, just as we know that you can enjoy your pyramids, castles, temples, mosques or cathedrals, you would appreciate without a doubt, our administrative buildings, religious or cultural, often buried in the ground, and offering to the view of the visitor outside a whole glass reflecting the sky, surrounded by bushes of fragrant and flower beds. Our art of the landscape is very mature and practiced by our entire population from the youngest age. The art of scent is at home, we also mastered the music for you and we have not found any other civilization also an expert in this field. In a sense we draw, it is true, a certain amount of pride in this art, only to offer us the opportunity to set ourselves apart from other civilizations that we know that we exceed all from time to time on one or the other point in our social development, scientific, spiritual or artistic. You can, for you, remove that same pride in your musical art.

It is singular to note the similarities at the level of pictorial art in the prehistoric of our two cultures. Our ancestors have long lived in natural caves or artificial that dot our planet. The rock art, figurative, found, for example, in the caves of Lascaux or Altamira, finds itself transposed on OUMMO to a level significantly more developed due to better knowledge of pigments and an evolutionary stage more advanced OEMMII authors of these works.

We have already notified your brothers and sisters in the past of existence on OUMMO of museums dedicated to OYAGAA. Your diversity of ecological, ethnological and art have led us to build three separate buildings, each focusing on one of these three spheres and divided in three different colonies. brothers and sisters of OUMMO know the most outstanding aspects of your beautiful planet, as well as important episodes of your history, the past as present, that we do not seek to qualify in any condescending paternalistic or diplomatic towards your people. Be aware as well that one of our brothers, who communicated with your brothers and sisters in Spain, here are almost forty of your years under the name of DAA, 3, son of EYEA 502, is actively involved in the development of the museum dedicated to the artistic culture of OYAGAA of which he conceived himself the architecture, inspired by the Colosseum in Rome. He continues to work for the spread of your culture on OUMMO. I have myself witnessed, in this museum, the broadcast of one of your works of liturgical classics, recorded in a church or cathedral. However, the culture of OYAGAA we still remain somewhat tight at first. If your arts musical, pictorial, sculptural and architectural, are now correctly identified by our brothers and sisters OUMMO, and valued part of our population, your literature and your classical myths are not really known as a small number of specialists. In contrast, the splendor of your wild nature and the exuberance of colors that are in your flora and your fauna are universally recognized on OUMMO and make OYAGAA a jewel that it is our moral duty to preserve it. We are undoubtedly more aware than many of your own brothers, blinded by a greed that is as futile as it is devastating.

We can't protect you from your mistakes volunteers, but we want to train progressively in your brethren an awareness of the existence of an identity global common, shared among all your peoples, and including your entire ecosystem. It is your responsibility to OEMMII to maintain and develop this global network global to develop all the It is true that our OUAA (moral laws) forbid us from interfering directly with any civilization. Our OUAA, we are obliged, however, to protect the life in all its forms. The state of emergency in which your planet is forcing us to intervene indirectly within your social network to attempt to minimize the catastrophic effects which could lead to decisions very often, irrational leaders.

The military of the nations in the main know the reality of the extraterrestrial presence on your planet. They always have the evidence of the futility of any attempt of repression of our space vehicles, or air to which we have voluntarily lowered the threshold of stealth. Some spectacular actions were carried out to convince them that our intention is not to harm although our ability enforcement could be daunting. Of assistance or prevention are occasionally carried out when we deem necessary and if their effects are not detrimental to your social network. The disaster at Chernobyl was a major event of your story, the result of a succession of negligence and unintentional errors. Here we want to testify our respect for your brothers and sisters present on the spot during the long hours of exacting, during which their self-denial and dedication were remarkable.

I hope I have answered in an unambiguous way to your first set of questions. You will find in the appendix at the back an add-on anthropoid IEGOOSSAA of OUMMO, objects of another one of your questions.

I beg you to consider, Mr. Jean-François Dupouy, the character pariculier of this correspondence. No objective element does not validate the identity or the origin implied in its author. Just consider that responses have been made to your questions and the author hopes to have your legitimate curiosity. Please accept the expression of my sincere respect expressed, according to the custom in force on OUMMO, posing symbolically my hand against your chest.

APPENDIX: ADD-ON ANIMALS, ANTHROPOIDES Of OUMMO

Your interest in our civilization OUMMO we are honored and it is with pleasure that I will answer your questions regarding the animal species IEGOOSSAA.

These animals organisms are the apes omnivorous, mostly eats fruit, insects and fish, which you can compare to large chimpanzees with a thick pubescence white or slightly golden. However, unlike these primates on land, the IEGOOSSAA are totally bipedal, and have a strong differentiation of conformation between the hands and the feet. These have no function prehensile although the toes are more developed than those, vestigiaux, of OEMMII. The IEGOOSSAA differ from the other species of apes of OUMMO by their larger size and intelligence more acute. There is in them a language of communication complex combination of expressions, bodily or facial and cries modulated. They are organized into groups that are highly hierarchical in which they do not deviate the periods of reproduction. After mating, all return to the cell of the original within which the female will give the day to their newborn that will enlarge the group. Struggles over land are common between the different groups and escalate invariably in deadly fighting in which only large adult males are involved, strongly encouraged by the cries and restlessness of females and young. The death of one of the dominant males mark invariably the outcome of the fight and the group defeated is savagely hunted. The individuals who have died during the fight are taken care of by the females of the group victorious and conducted a funeral ceremony during which they are covered with leaves and branches, without distinction of the original clan.

The IEGOOSSAA live in the upper part of our colony WOAROO that is incorporated into a nature reserve. We do not have relations with the groups border. We exchange voluntarily with them food edible cons of small polished pebbles of various colors that are used primarily in our landscape art. We use it for example to compose frescoes, draw paths, or to adorn the bed of pieces of water and streams that we create to embellish our gardens and our parks collective. This bartering avoids the vague desire for territorial expansion of families border to the areas allocated to the OEMMII and helps to maintain a peaceful relationship between our two peoples,

We distinguish among the IEGOOSSAA the AAGA IEGOOSSAA which are derived from a group selected at the beginning of our third age, and in which we are trying to stimulate a directed evolution by matching individuals who appear to us the most promising, hoping to one day enable them function OEMBOUAW - - connecting to the soul that we have already defined in our letters in the past - and thus gain access to the stadium OEMMII aware.

The term AAGA means, in its general acceptance, a restriction of the freedom of movement by a control constant. We could make the translation by : under constant vigilance. In the case of AAGA IEGOOSSAA acceptance the more near the end of AAGA in your language would be : domesticated.

The IEGOOSSAA and OEMMII of OUMMO are from the same phylum, and we share of course with them much more common genes that may exist between you and us. All of the experiments previously tried in the lab to get a cross between AAGA IEGOOSSAA and OEMII have only resulted in the rise of the hybrid, monstrous, moronic, or viable. Strong differences in the composition of the chromatin cell make absolutely unimaginable crosses of plant and animal species between OYAOUMMO and OYAGAA without the use of methods of biotechnology advanced.

The AAGA IEGOOSSAA are now fully domesticated. They live peacefully in the family in IGOYAABII (caves or caverns) specially designed for their attention to the interior of the enclosure woody of the university centres where we study their behavior. They enjoy a relative freedom and are sometimes employees of the social tasks for which they are better suited than the OEMII, as the fruit harvest or transport of heavy loads on land not easily accessible. In reality, they are fully integrated in our social network and a strong sense of reciprocal affection binds us to them. They include the key words of our spoken language and express themselves graphically among themselves and with the OEMMII pointing the finger in an ordered sequence of symbols arranged in a set of 38 characters, colorful base, inscribed on an apron belly that is sort of a keyboard dress. We end, however, a loud admission of failure by comparing the evolution over more than a millennium of ground AAGA IEGOOSSAA and IEGOOSSAA in freedom. Despite a level of intelligence undeniably lesser, the latter to incorporate more strongly the concepts of social network and solidarity as the first to develop sometimes depressive syndromes or serious antisocial behaviour, causing them to reject their peers. This leads us to predict that binding OEMBOUAW - the W is pronounced here as the short word "yes" - will become a priority in the IEGOOSSAA left in the wild. However, it is not possible to reinstate the AAGA IEGOOSSAA in their natural environment original because they would be unable to sustain the assault their brothers wild and would perish inevitably in a few generations.

The behavioural study compared two populations during this broad period of time is invaluable for understanding the emergence of factors that pre-humans in the animal. It also gives us the deep conviction that the directed evolution of a population of human or proto-human it is desirable that in certain situations, limits and in all cases, over a period of time very limited. However, interactions minor with such a population may induce in it the emergence of phases of social desirable and the decline of other phases that would be harmful to the social network as a whole.

Work documentary on chimpanzees carried out by your sister Jane Goodall are very insightful for you to absorb the importance of the study of the similarities and behavioral differences between humans and other primates evolved. These documentaries highlight the importance of both the concept of social network and the role of each individual/node in such a network. You must remember at all times that man is a social being whose role evolved in its case as to liability, is not only to maintain the stability of its own social network, but also lead to the néguentropie within this network, and the ecology of a planet. It is a fundamental moral law.

ORIGINAL ASTRONOMICAL OF OUR COMPUT TEMPORAL

Our way of evaluating the major periods is different from yours, and it is maintained throughout our history, having its origin in a very old measure of astronomical. We define sometimes, wrongly, the XEE ("year" to OUMMO) as the third of the period of revolution of our OYAA OUMMO around our sun IOUMMA. The value of XEE is 77.3 days on this earth.

IOUMMA is a star whose mass is equal to kilograms. Its light spectrum is shifted toward red in comparison to your Sun with indices, photometric U-B and B-V equal to 1.15 depending on your reference system.

OUMMO revolves around IOUMMA on a trajectory quasi-circular eccentricity 0,0078. The average distance OUMMO - IOUMMA is 9,96.10^10 meters. Another OYAA large NAWEE, revolves around IOUMMA on an elliptical path of eccentricity to be 0.026, at an average distance of 5.97.10^10 meters.

The ancient astronomers were using as references the two stars IOUMMA and NAWEE, the latter being clearly visible in conjunction with IOUMMA at dusk and dawn. The astronomers were observing the passages in conjunction superior NAWEE in alignment with IOUMMA, which occurs on average every 2,571 XEE, is 0,866 of the time of sidereal of OUMMO. At each conjunction, they noticed a vertical variation important to the positon of NAWEE relative to the disc IOUMMA (see figure 1), the oscillation is reset each XEEOUMMO - ten-eight XEE - when NAWEE had accomplished thirteen complete revolutions, and OUMMO six revolutions (figure 2). Cosmologists, unaware that the plane of the ecliptic of OUMMO had an orientation distinct from that of NAWEE, concluded that the trajectory of OUMMO was bi-helical, and that OUMMO described the three translations descending and three ascending, on the surface of a fictitious cylinder, to complete a XEEOUMMO (figure 3).

The XEE can therefore be defined as one-third of the period of revolution of OUMMO. However, there is a small error in this definition because the old cosmologists of OUMMO were mainly a worship of the number π. They would absolutely match the value of XEE to the fraction 2/(2+π) from the time of the revolution, cathedral of NAWEE by accepting a drift of six OUIW (18,55 minutes) each XEE. The drift accumulated a day of OUMMO all 100 XEE and XEE all the 6000 XEE. The followers of the cult of NAWEE, outraged at this insult to the rigorous, objective, promulguèrent as soon an edict eschatological announcing the end of time, at the end of a cycle of 6000 XEE if the error was not rectified. The monarch of the time ruled in favor of the majority. The error was ignored, and continues still today. A few projects were proposed in the past to affect the orbit of OUMMO in order to cancel the drift, but the different OUMMOAELEWEE to which they were submitted to the refused systematically.

Apart from these considerations regarding the XEE, another drift exists in the definition of XI (day OUMMO), which corresponds in practice to 600 OUIW. The actual value reached, however, 600,0117 OUIW. This approximation on the value of XI logically implies a gradual shift of the zone of the lift IOUMMA in a fixed point given by the equator of OUMMO. When I OUIW was introduced during the scientific rise that occurred in our people during his second historical era, the official value of XI was redefined and an attempt of re-adjustment calendar was to give a better correlation with astronomical reality A OUIW was added to the comput time every 84 XI, except for once every 84 XEE. This method was quickly abandoned because it was unnecessarily complex. We don't have, on OUMMO, the imperative of a calculation calendar accurate to find out what time to perform the planting of our crops depending on weather conditions to come. The climatic conditions are on OUMMO, entirely dependent on the latitude, and in no way the physical positioning of OUMMO on its path to orbital.

We enclose to this letter the French translation of the response that we have given recently to one of your young brothers of Freie Hansestadt Bremen questioning the existence of leap years on This letter is a supplement to this response and it uses a few passages.

APPENDIX: DETAILS CONCERNING OUR SYSTEM of CALENDAR I conceive that it will seem curious, but there is no specific word in our language to refer to the time of revolution of OUMMO around our sun IOUMMA. This time is not for us a reference and the word "year" has no equivalent strict in our language. We use, to indicate in its context the period of revolution of OUMMO, the term SAAXEE.

Our concept of the day is, however, identical to yours. The time of rotation of OUMMO on its axis is exactly 600,0117 OUIW. A OUIW, our unit of time measurement, equivalent to 185,527 seconds land. Our official tally of the time considers, however, that a nycthémère (XI) has exactly 600 OUIW.

We use the term XEE (pronounced xéè) to reference our calendar periods. A XEE corresponds to exactly 60 XI. It would be incorrect to translate this term by a simple word of your language. It corresponds functionally to the term "year" as used in your home but does not have the same astronomical significance. The XEE was determined by our ancient astronomers as the fraction 2/(2+π) for the period cathedral's average time between two passages of NAWEE in conjunction top on the same vertical axis passing through the center of the disc IOUMMA. NAWEE is a star, that you call "gas giant" whose size is about half of your planet, Saturn, NAWEE revolves around IOUMMA on an orbit closer than that of OUMMO. It is well visible in our sky at the times of sunrise and sunset of IOUMMA. Its atmosphere, extremely hot, is lively, strong currents, convective and agitated constantly by violent storms that cause incessant scintillations and give it an inherent brightness, which is complementary to the reflected light of IOUMMA. apparent motion was observed since the antiquity, NAWEE at the centre of the cults of prehistoric and legends and primitive, that you can still decrypt currently on the stelae, megalithic engraved to the beginnings of the use of writing.

Characteristics of NAWEE

Radius equatorial6,22.10^7 m
Mass9,91.10^25 kg
Average Distance to IOUMMA5,97.10^10 m
Orbital eccentricityBe 0.026
Inclination of the orbit relative to OUMMO

For six orbital cycles of OUMMO, seven conjunctions synodiques higher NAWEE are observable. Our ancient astronomers were based on the course apparent from this star compared to IOUMMA to set a schedule. However, because of the eccentricities the orbital NAWEE and OUMMO, the time between two conjunctions is not constant. It is necessary to wait eighteen XEE -- a XEEOUMMO - to observe an astronomical cycle to complete between NAWEE and OUMMO. The XEE was therefore defined as being the eighteenth part of this cycle apparent which is equivalent precisely to 1079,979 periods of rotation of OUMMO (1391,22 earth days). The value of XEE was deliberately set at exactly 60 former XI. Although the value of XI has been adjusted by the following, the definition of the XEE remains the same. A XEE is therefore equivalent to 36,000 OUIW (111316,36 minutes or 77,303 earth days). The period of sidereal of OUMMO, which is equivalent to approximately 229,5 terrestrial days, is very substantially less than three XEE.

The approximations on the values of the XI and XEE cause, as in you, a shift in relation to repositories astronomical. The approximation on the value of XI logically implies a gradual shift of the schedule of the rising of our sun in a fixed point given by the equator of OUMMO. When the OUIW was introduced the scientific rise that occurred in our people during his second historical era, the official value of XI was redefined and an attempt of re-adjustment calendar was to give a better correlation with astronomical reality. A OUIW was added to the comput time every 84 XI, except for once every 84 XEE. This method was quickly abandoned because it was unnecessarily complex for the people. We don't have, on OUMMO, the imperative of a calculation calendar accurate to find out what time to perform the planting of our crops depending on weather conditions to come. The climatic conditions are entirely dependent on the latitude, and in no way the physical positioning of OUMMO on its path to orbital.

For the anecdote, we can entrust to you that the chronicles that describe the creation of our calendar, in the year of our first era, indicate that a quarrel took place between the astronomers, followers of a cult based on the sacred mathematics, and the theologians of the cult of NAWEE during the preparation of the XEE. These last, extremely rigorously, only accepted not the approximation made by the astronomers royal for theological reasons around the constant ?, associated then to the purest expression of the godhead. They declared that the humanity of OUMMO would perish when the shift between the true period cathedral of NAWEE and the XEE official will reach a XEE to the account of 6000 XEE. The monarch who reigned at that time rejected strongly this curse. He made you strip and castigate publicly the priests of NAWEE that were at the origin. The cult disappeared gradually thereafter. We can draw a parallel code between the evolution of our two cultures, linking this event on OUMMO with one of the establishment of your gregorian calendar. The beginning of our first era corresponds quite precisely to the social developments and technological in Europe during the Renaissance period.

In the referenced document (D 33-3, you mention the existence on UMMO a

species of anthropoïde, animal similar to the chimpanzee of the EARTH, but that is

more "very intelligent". This animal that you call AAGA IEGOOSAAA do this

not that I understood the connection via the atoms of krypton feature

beings with a soul.

-What relationship do you have with this species is "intelligent"?

-Can we imagine that the evolution will lead this species to have a soul

as this occurred in the prehistoric land from species

similar?

-A cohabitation serene is it possible on a planet between a species

advanced, wise, and peaceful, and an intelligent species in become which you can

expect it to be driven by primary instincts and the expansionary

this stage of evolution?

-Your morphology is close to that of the human of the EARTH, at least

externally, your origins are in a relationship with this animal AAAIEGOOSAAA

which phyla have evolved differently?

I know, it's not a lot of questions...
